Even Diapers are High Tech Nowadays

I grew up with babies all around me, I had my share of diaper changing adventures in the past. But over the past few months I’ve noticed that the stuff that exists for babies nowadays wasn’t there before. Take for example, these diapers that tell you when the diaper needs changing.

I made a quick video featuring Claire Elise, these diapers are cool and a must for new parents. If the diaper stripe has not been activated then you don’t need to change the diaper; let her sleep if she wants. Trust me. Let her sleep.

But we love it when she’s awake too! We just are now understanding the wise advice that most of our friends told us: “get as much sleep as you can” And so far we are trying. But that’s info for another post. So check it out, the newborn diapers. And no worries, there is no “gruesome” footage. It’s all SFW.

I don’t know if other brands have this, but at the hospital, they got us hooked on them. They’re Pampers and they work great. Too bad she’s going to outgrow them soon. I show you now:

BTW, we’re still going to use cloth diapers but there is no way the current smallest size we have will fit her, we’re going to try the next size up.
